so all my work is free to use if you want as long as you don't say you made it and if the characters or music are copyrighted than copyright goes to them 

uploads to the spriters / textures / models resource are allowed i don't care they most likely wont let you but if they get approved than more power to you

rips/mashups are also allowed good luck with it though but if you get it to work good job
